Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a compassionate and dedicated BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA services, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and families. The role emphasizes ethical practice, collaboration with caregivers, and mentoring junior team members.

The BCBA/BCaBA will lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and coordinate across home, school, and community settings while maintaining strong data-driven approaches and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Ability to sit/stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
