Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure effective outcomes for diverse clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB, with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Engage with clients, sit on the floor, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Apply PBS principles to produce lasting quality-of-life changes.
• Build an organization that attracts competent professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
