Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a trusted leader in ABA, seeking a BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee individualized ABA plans, supervise assistants, and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality services for families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification per state.
• Experience in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
