Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will supervise staff, mentor RBTs, and ensure ethical, high-quality services for clients with behavioral needs.

The role emphasizes collaborative care, data-driven plans, and family engagement, with opportunities for mentorship, flexible scheduling, and professional growth within PBS.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Must comply with BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
