Qualifications

• Knowledge of food production processes and sanitation.
• Knowledge of food safety, labeling, and FDA-related practices.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Scale, decorate, and produce Desserts, Pastries, and Cakes.
• Understand production methods and organization of Confectionary production.
• Learn and demonstrate new cake techniques to teammates.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work station and follow sanitization procedures.
• Manage time and tasks with strong organization.
• Be familiar with all recipes and production procedures.
• Keep cake displays presentable for customers.
• Prepare creams and sauces for cakes and pastries.
• Receive, stock, and organize food in designated containers.
• Inform supervisor of equipment issues and stock shortages.
