Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs supervised by a BCBA.

You will collect session data, support skill development, and share progress with the clinical team. The role offers a flexible schedule, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with support to obtain RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• Interest in behavioral health
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
• If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role
