Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide therapy under supervision, collect session data, and collaborate with the clinical team. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health are offered, with support to complete RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and helping children with ABA therapy.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
• Leverage experience in childcare roles as a fit for the position.
