Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children with autism and supports our RBTs with strong supervision and onboarding. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and help promote skill development while enjoying afternoon hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
