Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and collaborate with the clinical team.

Responsibilities include providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, following treatment plans, collecting session data, and supporting skill development and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health and willingness to pursue RBT certification.
• Ability to follow supervision and guidance from BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data accurately.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
