Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and help drive meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include collecting data, following intervention protocols, supporting skill-building, and communicating progress with the clinical team. This role offers flexible after-school hours and strong on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Part-time availability after-school hours.
• Willingness to work in home, school, or clinic environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
