Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You’ll provide ABA therapy under supervision, collect session data, and support progress in behavioral health. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for RBT certification growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• Experience with children as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional may be a good fit.
