Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will be supported by supervision, onboarding, and ongoing feedback. The position offers part-time, afternoon hours with flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
