Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and help drive meaningful progress through data collection and protocol adherence.

This hands-on role emphasizes compassionate, child-centered care with ongoing supervision, feedback, and opportunities for growth in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician credential required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation with a vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
