Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused team environment.

We offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $20-$30 per hour. Candidates can be certified or working toward RBT credentials, with opportunities to advance in ABA and behavioral health and to receive

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Applicants 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
