Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

You will provide therapy, collect data, and help track progress while benefiting from supervision and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. A flexible schedule supports after-school hours and diverse environments.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
