Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy, collect data, follow treatment plans, and support skill development. The role offers flexible scheduling, supervision and growth in ABA and behavioral health, plus support to obtain RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
