Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You will be responsible for delivering therapy under supervision and collecting data.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. We provide supervision, guidance, and support to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
