Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment and behavior intervention plans, collect session data, and help children develop new skills while contributing to a supportive team focused on growth and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
