Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You’ll benefit from flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, including help to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• Experience with children or related roles is a good fit.
