Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support our team with strong supervision, clear guidance, and a positive work environment.

This role involves working one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will contribute to treatment plans, collect session data, and help children develop skills while

Qualifications

High school diploma.
At least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
Interest in behavioral health.
Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
Follow treatment andbehaviorintervention plans
Collect and track session data
Support skill development and promote positivebehavior
Share progress with your clinical team
If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role
