Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, with work in home, school, or clinic settings.

As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA while working one‑on‑one with the child.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, including help to complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role.
