As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Flex scheduling and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
