Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum and supports our team with supervision and clear guidance. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and positive behavior
• Share progress with the clinical team
• Experience in nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional roles may be a fit.
