Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You’ll provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect session data, support skill development, and share progress with the clinical team.

Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health are offered, with support to complete an RBT certification

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
• Experience in nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional roles is a strong fit.
