Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will be supervised and supported, with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health. Flexible scheduling and potential RBT credential support are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 18 years old or older
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Interest in behavioral health
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
