Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across homes, schools, and community settings, with a clear pathway to increased hours as cases grow.

The role offers flexible weekday scheduling, paid onboarding, and ongoing supervision, with opportunities to advance to full-time BT, Lead BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region.
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
