Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a growing team providing 1-1 ABA therapy in clients' homes in New Jersey. BTs work with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans for children ages 2–15, in a fast-paced home setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Experience or exposure to children with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred
• Experience with confidential information and HIPAA policies is preferred
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced home-based settings
• Reliable transportation to client locations
• Strong communication with families and supervisors

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results
• Support families in implementing treatment plans
• Be responsive to client and family needs and requests
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
• Assist with activities requiring physical engagement with children ages 2–15
