Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the direction of a BCBA, delivering individualized plans in clients' homes after school hours.

This part-time role offers flexible evening hours, paid training, and the opportunity to grow with a national behavioral health organization while making a meaningful difference for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or behavioral support preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge or policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area, including lifting 25+ pounds and other activities.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
