Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Flexible schedule, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation
• Interest in behavioral health
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
• If you love working with children, or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional, you may be an excellent fit for this role
