Job summary

Circle Care Services is a trusted provider of ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. This part-time after-school role focuses on implementing ABA programs and collecting data under BCBA supervision.

You will work with children in home, school, or clinic settings, providing hands-on therapy, supporting skill-building, and communicating progress to the clinical team. Opportunities for growth in ABA and behavioral health are available, with paid training and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
• Willingness to complete training requirements for the RBT role (if not certified).
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services as an ABA therapist under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
