Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision and help track progress with data collection.

The role offers hands-on therapy experience with ongoing supervision, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Registered Behavior Technician credential.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce disruptive behaviors.
• Communicate session progress with the clinical team.
