Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will provide 1-1 specialized treatment to clients in their home, under the supervision of BCBA, supporting treatment plans and data collection.

This role offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, a team-oriented environment, and the chance to positively impact families of children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Engage with children through active, dynamic activities while ensuring safety.
• Follow BCBA/LBA outlined tasks as needed.
