• Executes onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and attendance tasks for Flex Force employees.
• Coordinates orientation schedules, system access, and onboarding materials.
• Maintains employee records and payroll processes with accuracy.
• Generates reports and supports leadership with scheduling and payroll reconciliation.
