Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a payroll professional to manage weekly payroll processing for Louisville area campuses. The role supports multiple company entities, ensures accurate time and attendance capture, and handles off-cycle payments and payroll inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll experience, with a High School diploma or GED, and will train and support staff while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. Primary location is US-KY-Louisville.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll on a weekly basis including submitting payroll data electronically and resolving transmission issues.
• Ensures all time/attendance data is captured and reviewed for reasonableness, and manages payroll allocations between departments.
• Handles payroll inquiries, researches and resolves discrepancies, and processes off-cycle payments.
• Downloads and files payroll informational reports and processes voided checks or stop payments as needed.
• Reviews payroll system updates and provides payroll-related training to personnel.
