Job summary

CS Recruiting is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator in Juneau, WI. The role focuses on keeping orders moving, covering for vacations, and learning all Customer Operations duties. It emphasizes production scheduling and process improvement with a hands-on approach.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, ensuring accurate ship dates, and maintaining CRM records while supporting cross-functional teams across production, quality and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in customer service, order management, logistics, scheduling or a similar operations role.
• ERP experience (NetSuite a plus) and strong Excel skills.
• Flexibility and a doer mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train on every role in the Customer Operations team, including customer service, logistics and customer experience.
• Step in to cover vacations, absences and peak volume to keep orders, shipments and customer communication moving.
• Maintain current knowledge of each role's processes for seamless coverage.
• Build and maintain the production schedule with the Operations Manager.
• Balance due dates, material availability, capacity and changeovers for accurate promises.
• Coordinate with Logistics to align production and shipment dates and communicate changes promptly.
