• Implementing action plans for customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose vehicle performance problems and carry out repairs or recommend solutions.
• Coordinate activities with outside suppliers to synchronize vehicle repair.
• Organize training or coaching to help customers resolve mechanical problems.
• Travel extensively by car to support customers.
