Job summary

Prevost, a leader in premium intercity touring coaches, seeks a Customer Support Manager to ensure top-tier service for New and Pre-Owned coach fleets in the Plains Region. You will set service priorities, diagnose performance issues, coordinate with suppliers, and drive after-sale programs while mentoring customers and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in fleet management (preferred but not required).
• Diploma in automotive mechanics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set service priorities in the territory.
• Implement action plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose vehicle performance problems and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with outside suppliers to synchronize vehicle repair.
• Organize training to help customers resolve mechanical issues.
• Maintain up-to-date on technical developments relevant to Prevost products.
• Work in a team with Coach Sales Parts Sales and network locations.
