Avis Budget Group in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring immediately for an entry-level Vehicle Fleet Associate. No prior experience required; bring a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work outdoors to help move and position fleet vehicles for efficient rentals.

You will inventory vehicles, log statuses on a handheld device, keep lots organized and safe, and support a quick, smooth customer experience. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and varied shifts at airport locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work outdoors near a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, sit, and kneel.
• 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site presence required; role cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Move fleet vehicles efficiently within lots or between locations.
• Inventory vehicles and update status on a handheld device.
• Keep parking areas organized, safe, and tidy.
• Position vehicles to support fleet readiness and quick customer service.
