Colonial Transportation Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Truck Mechanic to maintain and repair company equipment and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will document repairs, collaborate with teammates to minimize downtime, and support overall fleet performance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, and adhering to standard operating procedures. The role requires a valid driver’s license and basic computer skills, with preferred automotive

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A valid drivers’ license is required.
• Must have basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Automotive mechanics degree and/or manufacturer CBT training course certificates are preferred.
• Two years of experience as a truck mechanic and/or three years of experience in a fleet setting is desired.
• Knowledge of preventative, predictive, routine, non-routine, and emergency maintenance for equipment primarily powered by diesel and gasoline engines and auxiliary equipment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs automotive and other company equipment.
• Completes recordkeeping and documentation for all repairs.
• Ensures compliance with company standard operating procedures.
• Partners with colleagues to determine best practices with the goal of minimizing equipment downtime and route interference during repair times.
• Other duties as assigned.
