Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is seeking a Truck Mechanic to perform mechanical tasks including inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of equipment to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on ability, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of mechanic experience. You will work on site, follow FMCSR regulations, and contribute to maintaining top equipment performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical certification or related training preferred.
• 3+ years of mechanic experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must supply and maintain hand tools for duties.
• Ability to test drive vehicles after repairs.
• Ability to read/interpret documents and repair manuals.
• Basic math and MS Word/Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Must be dependable, proactive, and able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical equipment to maintain performance.
• Complete work records and comply with FMCSR and company rules.
• Perform vehicle inspections and regulatory checks.
• Use diagnostic equipment, welding, cutting, and related tools.
• Schedule repairs when Foreman is unavailable and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain shop and equipment, and participate in safety trainings.
