Allan Myers is seeking an enthusiastic student to support our Equipment and Transportation teams in the mid-Atlantic region. You will help manage a fleet of trucks and equipment, assist with cost reviews, tracking, scheduling, and compliance, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment.

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Supply Chain Management/Logistics, you should be proficient with MS Office, a team player, and able to communicate

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong team player with good communication and customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Assist Equipment Manager with cost management and review.
• Secondary invoice reviewer and approver.
• Manage equipment billing and daily rate issues.
• Assist PM Coordinator, Shop Foreman, and Superintendent as needed.
• Track inspections, registrations, and permits for equipment, trucks, and trailers; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with truck and equipment maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Use telematic GPS to track equipment locations and maintenance planning.
• Assist with fuel planning logistics; analyze data with Transportation Department to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with Transportation Department to ensure GPS reporting accuracy.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
