Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Traffic Payroll Coordinator in the Dallas area. You will assign routes for Ace Fleet Drivers, maintain daily and weekly reports, and serve as the primary contact for drivers and Ace Retailers.

The role includes supporting packing lists and BOLs and performing other administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and solid computer proficiency with SAP, QualComm,

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Some college education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative and/or customer service experience in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports.
• Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services.
• Serve as point of contact for the Drivers.
• Perform various other administrative duties including packing lists and BOLs for Ace Retailers.
