Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking a Traffic Payroll Coordinator to support fleet drivers and payroll operations at our California facilities. You will assign routes, maintain reports, and coordinate with Ace Retailers to provide information and services.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of administrative/customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP, QualComm, Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous dispatching or multi-line experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Some college education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Administrative and/or Customer Service experience in an office setting required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills. Proficiency with SAP, QualComm, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous dispatching or multi-line phone experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers
• Maintain Daily/Weekly reports
• Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services
• Serve as point of contact for the Drivers
• Various other administrative duties, including Ace Retailer packing list and BOLs
