Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Traffic Payroll Coordinator to manage driver routes, maintain daily and weekly reports, and act as the main contact for Ace Fleet Drivers. The role involves coordinating with Ace Retailers and handling related administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in administrative or customer service roles, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP, QualComm, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Full-time on-site role in Wilmer, TX.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb problem-solving skills, with ability to interact with customers and follow through quickly with problem resolution.
• Minimum high school diploma required. Some college education is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Administrative and/or Customer Service experience in an office setting required.

Responsibilities

• Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers.
• Maintain Daily/Weekly reports.
• Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services.
• Serve as point of contact for the Drivers.
• Various other administrative duties, including Ace Retailer packing list and BOLs.
