Job summary

Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking Service Technicians for on-site tire service roles across our BestDrive centers. You will mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires for commercial fleets, while ensuring safety and quality on every service call.

Eligible applicants may access a sign-on bonus program at levels I–IV, with payments at 30, 90, and 180 days, contingent on eligibility. Join a global leader offering immediate benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires & tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair Tires and inspect tires and wheels before and after service.
• Document work performed accurately per policy.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools.
• Perform emergency road service calls as needed.
