Continental Tire the Americas, LLC (BestDrive) is hiring a Tire Service Technician to service commercial tires for fleet customers at our BestDrive centers. The role covers mounting, dismounting, balancing, and related tire service, with eligibility-based sign-on bonuses.

Join a safety‑driven team that handles heavy-duty equipment and on-call road service events. A valid license, ability to pass a DOT physical, and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Inspect tires and wheels before and after service.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Review work orders with supervisors and document work performed.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment safely.
• Perform emergency road service calls on nights/weekends as needed.
