Job summary

BestDrive, a Continental subsidiary, is seeking a Service Technician to join our tire service team. You will mount, dismount, balance, and repair commercial vehicle tires and support a variety of heavy equipment service tasks.

Eligible external candidates may receive a sign-on bonus funded through 30, 90, and 180 days of continued employment. The role requires safety-conscious performance in a fast-paced, team-based environment with potential night/weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Inspect tires and wheels before and after service.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Document work performed accurately and per policy.
• Operate heavy-duty tire service equipment and tools.
• Perform emergency road service calls as needed.
• Maintain the service vehicle and equipment.
