Job summary

BestDrive by Continental is seeking a Service Technician to install, balance, and repair commercial vehicle tires, including off-the-road equipment. You will handle tire-related service tasks, inspect tires, and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers in a fast-paced setting.

Roles include on-call emergency road service on a rotating basis, with sign-on bonus eligibility and a robust benefits program. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License or CDL where applicable.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication with co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires on and off trucks.
• Repair tires and inspect tires and wheels before/after service.
• Operate tire service equipment and tools.
• Document work performed according to company policy.
• Perform emergency road service on nights/weekends on rotation.
