Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a mobile installer with strong electrical and automotive skills to service fleet customers. You will install GPS, telematics devices, dash cameras, and sensors on a range of vehicles and trailers.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in automotive repair, electrical systems and fleet maintenance, plus ASE/I-CAR certifications. Travel to customer sites is required; safety and quality come first.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive, electrical, mechanical or installation experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and basic diagnostics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical instructions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot GPS, ELDs, telematics, dash cameras, sensors, and tracking equipment.
• Work on light-duty vehicles, commercial trucks, tractors, trailers, and other fleet assets.
• Perform basic 12V/24V wiring, including power, ignition, ground, diagnostic, and trailer connections.
• Travel to customer locations for mobile installations and projects; document work with photos and notes.
