Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) seeks a Fleet Mechanic to maintain reliability across our large fleet, including trucks, vans, and forklifts. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, using advanced diagnostics and tools to ensure safety and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required.
• Forklift driving skills test may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with aftertreatment and emissions repairs (class 6–8 diesel).
• Experience performing driveline repairs (class 6–8 diesel).
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use leading-edge technology and diagnostic programs.
• Repair diverse fleet equipment including trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Diagnose failures, disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as needed.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Support safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
